Born into poverty in her native Madrid, the elite known as Helena Costa would find her abilities gave her an edge in building a business empire. She can affect emotions and has a keen intellect and a supernatural understanding of social dynamics and structures. She runs a conglomerate from the Null Zone a micro-nation that has a large stake in along with her two elite partners, Phoenix and Zero. She conceived of the Null-Zone as a free trade arena with no regulations and limited controls. The Null-Zone has become a popular location for businesses to run “Black Operations” that would be illegal in their home territories alongside the tourism that caters to high end wealthy customers and more specifically elites. The region is neutral ground and open to any political entity as long as they abide by the limited rules of the Null-Zone.

Their background before they rose to prominence within the Golden Path, though they seemed to have spent a great deal of time in Thailand as a mercenary across the southeast Asian region. But more recently they seemed to have found a new path and taken up the mantle of Metatron, a controversial act within the Pantheon community. Metatron has become the self-professed apostle of the Ultrum Imperium and espousing the benefits of their rule. Their church is growing quickly around the world. The elite has angelic wings, an unearthly androgynous beauty, and a powerful voice matched with a supernatural charisma.

The Republic of Nazrakastan is a central Asian country under the dictatorship of Supreme Leader Sanzhar Juriki, an elite with metallic-gray skin. He is incredibly durable and possesses incredible physical capabilities. He came to power through a violent military coup some fifteen years past and is now considered the savior of the country and their protective father. His government is designed to prop up his glory and suppress any opposition. Nazrakastan is considered a rogue state, but not an immediate threat to the UNJE as the nation seems to look inward. The nation is small and poverty stricken but the people are proud and conditioned to see outsiders as mostly capitalist pig-dogs out to destroy their revolutionary spirit.

Not all Frankies in FRANKIE have powers and some have limited powers, but the one they call Noir Frankie projects her thoughts into others often as if she is narrating a scene for them. She also possesses keen observation abilities and a limitless supply of cigarettes. Technically labeled Frankie-247, she runs a private investigator’s office on the Citadel of FRANKIE. She strangely exists in black and white tones, and anything on her immediate person loses color until released from her. She is seen as odd and often avoided, but she fills a niche in finding things that get lost around the Citadel.

Matilda Gladstone is the founding member of the EUO (Earth-Ultrum-Organization), she believes that peace can be found if the world leaders recognize that the Ultrum Imperium seeks to raise humanity to the next stage of evolution. They are superior to us in technology, physically, and most likely as a society and culture. Her movements is growing, based out of Canada, her birthplace, she travels to do speaking events and promote the EUO. She is a very controversial figure but is forthright and dedicated to her stance and position.

With his presence elevated around the globe through the reality show, Lil’ Disaster rebrands himself to Major Disaster, as he moves from pranks and general hijinks to the high stakes world of elite mercenary work fighting for the highest bidder. He makes his mark in a brief conflict in South America destroying terror cells and clashing with Pantheon agents publicly. He takes up permanent residence in the Null-Zone and starts building a reputation for getting the job done, with a side of collateral damage.

World as of October 2033

North America

Relations between Canada and the United States are tense following some tumultuous years in the mid to late 2020’s but some of that relation has improved in more recent years as Camp Armstrong on the moon nears completion of their residential expansion as a prelude to construction of heavy industry for the nascent lunar state. Early lunar colonists are made up of predominately citizens from the United States, Canada, Mexico and they hope to be a rival for the work being done in Atlantis One and Atlantis Zero.

General sentiment across the three major nations of North America is one of resistance to the Ultrum Imperium, but, specifically the United States, are not in agreement with methods put forward by the UNJE instead pursuing their own defense initiatives for the future invasion. This has strained relations between the UNJE and the US government and potentially jeopardized joint operations in the region moving forward.

The revelation of the invasion has brought renewed focus on the Mexico City event as a potential first strike from the Ultrum Imperium and brought greater scrutiny on the UNJE and their war on the DCP. For now the DCP are still considered the culprits in the attack, but there is a growing tide that they may have been just used as a scapegoat.

South America

The southern continent has seen a resurgence in recent years, alongside the African Renaissance, the UNJE has committed resources to enhancing everyday life across the continent. But the biggest project to benefit the region is the construction of Atlantis One and Atlantis Zero, spearheaded by a trio of corporate entities; Dragao Energia out of Brazil, Hondores Steel based out of Ecuador, and Janus Robotics headquartered in Argentina. These three aligned with the UNJE were the main driving forces behind the construction of the city. With a large transient workforce predominately from China, Korea, and India.

Artificial Intelligence and robotics are the primary industries across the region with Janus Robotics leading the way, even as a relative newcomer the firm has blossomed into a premier provider for automated drones and maintenance units for industry and commercial enterprises. Buenos Aires is now known as the second silicon valley and competes with the United States for talent globally, both baseline and elite.
