"I warned her that she was going to scare her away. That did not deter her." He laughed again. "So, I distracted her by telling her my cousin Bong was dating someone new."

[Galatea]

She put her hand on her mouth to hide her shock and horror at the revelation

''No...not cousin Bong?!'' her eyes narrowed ''How could you? You threw sweet...presumably...baby baced...sure why not...perfect student...okay I'm stretching here...cousin Bong to save yourself? HAVE YOU NO SHAME?''

"He owed me one." He shook his head.
