If yes, what would be the cap on the power rank to check with? The very highest rank I could get is 39 to temporarily (for an hour) fix the building.

recovery is now one damage condition per time slot of rest, characters can be active as long as they are not involved in an event, combat, or strenuous activity. A thread relaxing with a friend is acceptable or something similar.

Just so I understand it, does this also include the -1s lost from toughness for damage? So resting from MN through sleep to the morning should recover the -2 penalty in total?

What condition is Tsehay Moqe in, is she out of the fight? Can she be picked up and carried off or is she covered in some sort of nuclear energy at this point?
