The Null Zone is essentially a micro country in the Pacific Ocean, an artificial island paradise. It is a place with very few if any laws, short of murder of elites and baseline. It is a popular party place for those with wealth and caters to elite guests, a place for elites to be themselves, and escape the stresses of the world. Run by Phoenix, an ex-Justice Elites member, Helena Acosta, the designer of the island nation, and the mysterious Zero.
OOC: While the place has few restrictions of laws, murder is frowned upon and grounds for expulsion from the Null Zone. It is also considered neutral ground and affiliations are to be left at the door and also grounds for expulsion. It takes a time slot to travel here under normal means, instantaneous travel obviously does not take a time slot.
